Shipping Policy & Prices
All of our Gourmet Senseo Coffee Pods and accessories are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The Original Senseo Coffee Machines are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery with a small handling charge. All S&H prices are clearly posted at checkout.
We aim to ship all orders the business day immediately after receiving payment. Please note that e-check payment on items will delay shipment until after the check has cleared.
Shipping Costs on Coffee Pods and Accessories
Why is there a shipping cost? So that you can get your always fresh gourmet coffee at the lowest possible price, of course! Offering free shipping is a business's way of hiding costs. We want to offer the best product we can at the lowest prices we can--even if it means showing you the shipping costs.
Our Senseo coffee brewer is shipped via FedEx Home Delivery individually, so there are no shipping discounts for additional brewers. The Original Senseo Coffee Machine is only available to the 48 continental United States (see below for AK and HI shipping info). Please note that coffee brewers must be shipped to physical addresses; no PO boxes or virtual addresses.
International Shipping Information
All international orders must be ordered via telephone @ 740-888-1926. We will walk you through the process to ensure you receive your order in a timely and most cost-effective way.
All our payments are processed through PAYPAL. You do not have to register with PAYPAL to make payments, and we accept all major credit cards. During checkout you will be given the option of using your credit card or paying with your PAYPAL account.
If you are a resident in the state of Ohio, a 7% sales tax will be added to your total purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
To save on shipping, we do not accept returns. However, if you have a problem with any of the products you receive from us, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation. Our business is based on your satisfaction and future purchases, so we will rectify any product dissatisfaction to the best of our ability. All of The Original Senseo Coffee Machines are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
