Payments
All major credit cards are accepted. Payments are made through PAYPAL. You do not have to register on PAYPAL to make payments. During checkout you will be given the option of using your credit cards or paying with your PAYPAL account.
Sales Tax
A 7 % sales tax will be added to all residents of OHIO. Sales tax will be computed on total purchases excluding shipping charges.
Shipping policy & prices
All of our coffee pods and Accessories are shipped via USPS priority mail. The coffee brewers are shipped via Fedex Home Delivery. We do have a small handling charge. All S&H prices are clearly posted at checkout. We try our best to get all orders shipped the next business day after receiving payment. If using a e-check as payment your items will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
All coffee pods and Accessories are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is available to all 50 states, APO's, and US territories, anywhere USPS Priority Mail is available.| First item $6.00 | Each additional item $1.00 |
Coffee makers are shipped via Fedex Home Delivery. Coffee brewers are only shipped to the 48 continental U.S. states. AK and HI shipping is available via USPS Priority mail. Coffee brewers can only be shipped to physical addresses only, no P.O. boxes. The cost is $18.00. Each coffee brewer is shipped individually so there is no discount for additional coffee brewer purchases.
Shipping of the coffee brewers is available to AK, HI, APO's, and US territories via USPS Priority Mail. The cost is $40.00
Returns
We don't accept returns on any of the coffee pods. If you have any problem with these products please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation. We want you as a return customer. The coffee brewers are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
